Planning a wedding is a big deal—and we want you to feel confident every step of the way. At Kannah Creek Florist, we don’t believe in vague estimates. Instead, we offer a personalized, thoughtful process to ensure your flowers feel just right for your day.
Your journey begins by filling out our Wedding Flower Questionnaire. This helps us get a sense of your style, color palette, floral needs, and vision—no need to know exact flower names (that’s our job!). Just tell us what you love and what you’re dreaming of, and we’ll take it from there.
Based on your questionnaire, we’ll craft a beautiful, detailed proposal—including pricing, floral recommendations, and inspiration photos tailored to your wedding. You’ll be able to see what we’re envisioning for you, and feel confident that we understand your vibe.
We love using seasonal flowers from local growers whenever possible and are happy to accommodate special requests as well.
Once you’ve received your proposal, we’ll schedule a meeting (either in-person or virtually) to go over everything together. This is your chance to ask questions, fine-tune your order, and feel completely at ease moving forward.
When you’re ready to secure your date with us, we require a 20% Save the Date Retainer. From there, we’re officially your wedding florist!
Your final payment will be due 4 weeks before the wedding, and we’ll be in touch throughout the process to finalize timelines and any last details. All final changes to the proposal should be made 6 weeks before the wedding.
